Run IW4x.exe and click on the Mods button at the main menu. Extract this repository in the mods folder. One that I think should be mentioned is the VKS in Ghosts. Open your Modern Warfare 2 directory (It will contain either iw4x.exe or iw4mp.exe ). If you cheat online, people WILL report you. The first that comes to mind is the SCAR-H in Modern Warfare 2. mod menus, and cheats (when used online) will absolutely raise your ban risk exponentially.
